Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse staff and ensure timely equipment preparation.
- Oversee inventory, logistics, and stock accuracy.
- Maintain and test AV equipment (LED screens, video processors, audio, lighting, etc.).
- Coordinate deliveries, collections, and event support.
- Implement warehouse safety protocols and process improvements.
- Work with sales and operations teams to meet event requirements.
- Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in AV or events.
- Knowledge of AV equipment, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
