with experience in AV programming and integration

This position is ideal for a highly skilled AV professional who enjoys problem-solving, programming, and working on cutting-edge installations. You’ll be involved in the entire process, from software development and system commissioning to overseeing final project stages and ensuring seamless delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and programming advanced AV control systems for high-spec residential projects.
- Managing the configuration, commissioning, and integration of bespoke AV solutions.
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless execution across multiple project phases.
- Attending client sites for system testing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning.
- Ensuring the highest standards in installation, performance, and user experience.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior programmers and technical staff.
- Overseeing the final phases of project delivery , ensuring successful implementation.
- Extensive experience in AV programming and systems integration.
- Proficiency in Crestron programming (Master-level preferred), Cisco networking, and C# is a plus but not essential.
- A strong grasp of AV, IT networks, and project coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to travel for project work, including internationally.
- At least five years of experience in the AV industry.
