to join their growing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for technology who is eager to develop hands-on experience in AV programming, system commissioning, and smart home integration.

You’ll work on innovative projects, assist with system setup and testing, and be involved in bringing state-of-the-art home automation and AV experiences to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the programming, configuration, and commissioning of high-end AV systems.
- Assisting senior engineers with troubleshooting, system testing, and on-site installations.
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth project execution and seamless system integration.
- Attending client sites to help with calibration, diagnostics, and final system checks.
- Learning from experienced professionals and expanding your technical skillset in AV programming and system engineering.
- Contributing to continuous improvements in project delivery and service quality.
- A basic understanding of AV technology and programming (experience with Crestron is an advantage but not essential).
- Some knowledge of IT networks, system integration, and AV setups.
- A keen eye for detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work well in a team and follow structured learning and development.
- A proactive approach and enthusiasm to build a long-term career in AV technology.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when needed.
