IN2 Team Member Profile

James joined IN2 in 2019 as a Delivery Consultant and it was quickly apparent he had all the ingredients needed to form a successful career in Recruitment. This was a busy time for the business and in his first year he shadowed our Director Russell and was instrumental in helping to deliver dozens of candidates for successful placements across the UK, EMEA and the USA. After a brief period off work during the pandemic to top up his tan and improve his Golf game, he was back hard at it and hasn't looked back since. James was made Sales Director in 2022 and now has a player manager role in our office, steadying the ship and nurturing our younger team members. James runs the IN2 Sales team, alongside our Managing Director and will have a big role to play as the business continues to expand.

James loves his sports cars and weirdly enough, he can immediately recall the make and model of a car from the sound of it pulling away! A keen Golfer, James is determined to take the title from Russell at the next IN2 Golf day, and after ploughing much of his hard earned money into lessons and driving range visits, I am sure he will soon have the trophy nestling in pride of place on his desk!

A local South London lad too, James offers his unwavering support to one of the areas lesser successful teams, so is often seen crying in his beer at The Valley!
